EHOMESUSA  POLICY  ON  AGENTS

Ehomesusa has two separate types of  “designated agent” employees. Since all our agents are salaried employees of Ehomesusa,  our agents salary is not dependent on the number of listings carried or sold by a particular designated agent. Although they may work under the same Broker, Ehomesusa’s Designated Seller Agents act independent of Ehomesusa’s Designated Buyer Agents, and there is no cross-over of information.

Ehomesusa Designated Seller Agents do not discuss with any Buyer Agent, including Ehomesusa Designated Buyer Agents,  what a sellers personal issues are that influence what his “bottom line” might be. We believe this to be an unethical disclosure.  When both the owner and the buyer have Ehomesusa Agents, we designate specific agents to negotiate at arms length to insure our ethical standards remain high.
